They came out the next morning & were prompt & friendly , diagnosed our issue with the septic & gave us a referral for further work if required, Pumped us out & piece of mind knowing what steps to do next .

First we would like to thank our Customers that took the time to leave HONEST feedback reviews. Response to one star rating. PATRICK RIGG, confused us with another company. Lives out of state. JAYSON DIRK, if you had a personal issue it should not be on our professional page. No work was ever been done for you. JIM S., you were aware of our time frame and us NOT being in town to do your repair. However we did a temporary fix to get you by until you were able to get someone out.... if you chose not to get the problem fixed please do not put that on our company. ART, we have been doing your work for the last 10 years at the same property. All pricing was provided up front before the work was preformed. We were in contact with the buyer over returning to the property to address soil settling due to rain, they are STILL OUR CUSTOMER! Originally realtor was to pay for work but changed her mind at closing, which left Art upset about having to pay the bill. ROB, you received multiple service calls at no charge. We informed you that house wiring was not designed for underground use. We offered to install the correct underground wiring. We were no longer able to move forward with you due to your unwillingness to do the correct work needed. We try to please all of our 1000+ customers a year. We are here because of you and want to provide great service.
