Pizza Hut

Just ordered pizza from here and it was doughy and GREASY ! It was delivered a little late as well. It was seriously disgusting. I have had to make complaints at this location before and they never do anything about it and always have a nasty attitude so It's bot even worth me complaining anymore. From now on I will be ordering my pizza from Pizza Ranch or Old River Pizza. I HIGHLY suggest others do the same. total waste of money.

The food was average, as you would expect from a Pizza Hut, but the service was fantastic. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday evening with 31 people and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us including a very nice group discount!

Had a very bad experience. The manager at night is extremely unprofessional. The driver Tanner didnt tell the truth about the situation and the manager went against the customer said and thought I was a robber. I am a professional driver of a trucking company and ex manager at Pizza Hut as well. That was horrible service from start to finish. Nicklaus the manager answered the phone with no excitement as if he was ready to quit or close down the store for the night. It also took them well over a hour to even call and try to update mr on his arrival. Tanner sped off after I informed him that I was standing near the truck. Nicklaus said it was nothing he could do for me and only offered to switch the order to carry out and remove delivery charges after allowing me ...the customer to wait over the projected time. My first time in Iowa Pizza Hut has ruined my taste for pizza in this city. Hopefuly service is better elsewhere.
