It's quite rare that anyone earns 1 star. I have yet to run into an actually competent person in the service department. The mechanics are also questionable as for not investigating the details of a known issue. 4 times our vehicle will be in BEFORE 3 recalls and one broken antenna are going to be finished. This time the last recall was not completed because.... they didn't have the right bolts. Something they could have sent someone across the road to Home Depot, or Menards and acquired quite easily. "I" would have volunteered to get it for them. If my wife still loved me I could have taken care of a few of these things.. but such is life. Anyways... the '16 outlander has been a great vehicle. But with this being the only Mitsubishi dealer for 150 miles, it will be our last.
