I made an appointment online to get a COVID 19 test. I showed up to the address listed in the email sent to me. The building was gutted and completely empty. I called the helpline and was put on hold before being told I was at the correct address and that the company uses mobile vans in parking lots to do the testing and that I should look around for a security guard to ask where the van was. There were no security guards in the area since this was an empty building and the parking lot was tiny, definitely no van anywhere. So I did not get tested.
