Greg Duncan State Farm in Council Bluffs is very accommodating. I was able to get my insurance the day I moved to IOWA. They also helped me when I moved across to Omaha, the entire staff has been great to work with. I only left their service because I moved out of the AOR. Unfortunately I moved to New Mexico and State Farm was kinda high and I had to switch companies. Anyway, thanks Greg and your staff for helping me right up to the last day!

I had a major conundrum over Easter weekend that I desperately wanted rectified. My previous insurer failed to notify me that my auto insurance wasnt current and told me that I needed a new quote (after being with them for 13 years). They were going to charge me $360/month for car insurance on two vehicles (over $200/month increase). Needless to say, I called most insurance companies in town to get another quote.
Tanya from Greg Duncans office called me first (just after 9am on Monday morning). Tanya was empathetic, professional, and eager to help. She knocked off over $200 a month on my insurance and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. She made the entire thing completely painless. Honestly, shes a life saver. I whole-heartedly recommend her and her company for insurance. I cannot see how you could be disappointed. 10/5
