Worst customer service ever! Ordered a back pack per order it was 10 business days out, I just read on site they have 14 business days. Also want give tracking code - well the one I was given was invalid.
I called when it didn't came as expected, was told about 14 day policy, which would have been Tuesday Aug 22. Still not in after customer service promised me it would be and the reason my tracking number didn't work cause it was ships to the store form another location. Anyway called back and talked to customer service this time I was tole no my order is not supposed to be there till the 24 th ( the day school starts) and my options are wait or cancel.
I waited well today is the 27 still no back pack the guy could not understand me, but eventually I was told my back pack is not coming and the can issue a refund after several minutes on the phone cause they have to get hold of the store to verify m cancell they hung up on me. So basiclly they took my money for a profit they didn't have and wasted my time. And I have no clue if they refunded me since they managed to hang up on me. Now I have to waste more time to get another back pack-- this tops of my daughters week as her dad is in the hospital and I was hoping this finally coming in would cheer up what has been a very stressful week.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I always liked Hot Topic, but the area it's in is dying, so I don't expect it to be around long. Staff were cool, never had any issues. Prices, like at most HTs, were kinda high. Smallish location, not a lot of stock, but they do a good job.

Love the selection but very small and not much room to move
