My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed, he was in and out in 40 minutes. Staff was great and answered all our questions without being rushed.

I would have to agree with other reviewers. I was referred for a consult to see Dr Fridrich. We made the appointment on November 29 for February 24. I was even called to get in sooner however I was out of state at the time so I kept the February appointment. I called to confirm the appointment two days prior. I get a voicemail later in the day saying the appointment should have been scheduled at the hospital. I called them back not quite happy. The receptionist blamed my dentist's office for the referral to the wrong place and stated that the referral was not specific enough. My dentist holds this office in high regard and this office did not take accountability for their lack of action. I am highly disappointed.
So the other office at the hospital dentistry and they got me in for March 8 due to this mistake. Well turns out they had to cancel for a legitimate reason and told me Dr Fridrich ws not willing to get me in sooner and they offered a June 8 appointment. That office was not understanding and would not empathize with my feedback regarding this surgeon and his staff. If I am going to shell out thousands of dollars for my dental care, I am not putting up with this. So disappointed and I am sure my dentist whom he holds Dr Fridrich in high regard is not happy about it either.
