Bought a costume 10/25 and was told I could return/exchange it through Friday 10/29. Went to go return it and was told they ended exchanges 10/28 and returns ended 10/22. Maybe all of your workers should know when things are ending and not just make it up.

I went to the store around 7 with my friends and I need to charge my phone to get a lift and the only outlet is in the middle of the store so I satin the middle out of the way but Courtney told to sit outside but I only have 1% and we told her I have to change my phone.

I tried to order the Ghostbusters Deluxe Proton Pack, but due to a payment processing error on Spirit's system the transaction wouldn't process. For weeks I called and emailed their customer service and was told that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. They never did and now the product is sold out. Terrible customer service. There physical locations might be better, but their corporate service is pathetic.
