Just went to the McDonald’s on 1 st ave Coralville is and I ask where my fries were and the manager with the nose ring said well I guess I’ll give you fries since you didn’t pay for them as she walked away they have signs on there windows that say we can’t treat them that way or they will refuse service so she brought the fries and I ask her name and she walked away and said nothing I said I will be contacting your corporate office and she smiled and said with a thumbs up ok very rude and a smartass won’t be back there ever

Upper Management does not care about the development of store management. They only care if you make them look good, just don't go into the stores, they do not look good at all.
The one star is for the ladies at the corporate office, they are pretty great.

Absolutely would NOT ever recommend visiting ANY of their McDonald's locations. Especially the one in Nevada, Iowa.
I reached out to them on several occasions about their service by phone, website, Facebook, etc. They deleted all of my posts on Facebook including of course the pictures of the roaches at their restaurant in Nevada.
Then reached out to me via Facebook Messenger and then replied with a "Were not here right now we will get back to you." Never heard back from them of course after they reached out to me.
Nevada is not the only location owned by the O'Brian family that has issues and they are very obviously only worried about making money and not fixing issues.
Oh and this is all MY opinion which if you skim any posts in Nevada, Iowa you will find the same consensus. I would say that the health inspector should probably make a stop there but I think its prob just a matter of time.
