I am so impressed with Willis Cadillacs service. My Cadillac XT5 had an issue and it was towed to the dealership on a Saturday after they were closed I received a call from Logan in the Service Center before 8am on Monday. I was surprised to hear so soon. He was so nice and friendly and he kept me updated while he contacted the warranty company and as my car was being fixed. This experience made me want to remain a Willis customer. It was one of the smoothest experiences Ive had with a company.
