Tubes of hamburger meat had holes in them, and the smaller ones were not as damaged but the price was more if youre not going to take care of your product, then dont charge more for the ones that you dont destroy and put on the shelf.

Ryne is the man! He greets my family and I every time we stop in. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Hy-Vee is our go-to grocery store!

Hy-Vee is usually our number one place to shop for our groceries here in Clinton. We especially liked the self check out lanes that have been put up within the last few years. Recently, one side of self check out registers have just been sitting there collecting dust, while the others are now only used for customers buying 12 items or less. This is annoying, but would be acceptable if other lanes with cashiers would be open. This morning only 2 lanes were open. The lines were ridiculously long and we're going down other aisles of the store, making it difficult for other customers to do their shopping. We waited almost 20 minutes on the dot to check out, and we got in line before they got as long as I described above. In my opinion, that is unacceptable Clinton Hy-Vee. Customers in front and behind us were also complaining. Something in your store needs to change, or you are going to begin losing customers.
