These guys do great work. The gentleman they sent over to put our transfer switch in, was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Did a very nice job. Would recommend them if you need electrical work.

It was 12 days before I received a call back after leaving a message which I assumed was because of the holidays and understandable. They came the following day to assess and I have not seen them since (118 days ago). Each time I called to check in they explained they were backlogged, which I completely understand, but when you tell me that you are going to call me each week to give me a time frame and never do that is unacceptable. After 4 months and me calling to check in (6 times) and always being told they were sorry and they would make sure to get the calls out for a timeframe I am giving up. I held out hope because I am new to the area and I had heard what great work they do but this is unprofessional on so many levels.

Made an appointment to have someone come look at and estimate cost of a job, and no return call, nobody showed up, and when I called to ask, nobody knew what I was talking about. Will not return. Did job myself.
