We were new to the area and on a Sunday afternoon, I called several places leaving a message that our Central Air Conditioning unit needed replacement. Not expecting a reply until the next day, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Burtness' right away & they came to our home first thing Monday morning. By Wednesday, I had A/C. Since then, Burtness has done several projects for us. Always, #1 in Customer Service!!!
