        Rent is too high, maintenance guy is lazy, snow is never moved until a day later or two, handle to exit the building is a turn knob so getting groceries inside is hella difficult. Even when the snow is moved there is so much left over as ice it becomes a hazard for elderly. Always broken furniture left by the dumpster. If anything gets broken it takes a month or more to get it replaced. Internet is laggy and slow no matter what speed you get because the cables are out dated and slow.
