I would have 100 % suggested to anyone to put their money in your system until all the hours have changed. You staff are extremely friendly and I appreciate that they are. But the reduction of hours to go thru the drive through and being open is not helpful to customers who have a 9 to 5 job. It's disappointing

They've been my bank for 13 years since high school. Since moved out of Charles City for college and now live in Chicago, they're still my bank and continue to give great services for being so far away.

Don't open an account!
Deposited a check into my savings but since it was dormant they're withholding all my money for at least a week maybe more! - thanks, definitely didn't need to buy groceries for my family or gas in my car

The chip on my debit card is worn out. I won't get a new one for another 9 months. I called and requested a new card and was told I would be charged $29.00. The woman told me that it was my responsibility to keep the card from wearing out. I called First Citizens and asked what they charged for a replacement card. FREE! For a lost card-- $10.00. First Security is Apparenty just pocketing the fee.
Update.
They let me know that they will no longer be charging for replacement cards.
