Dr. Rips has been our family dentist for many years. Our grown son, who lives 2 hours away now, still drives back with his family to Chariton (through Des Moines, skipping any dentists in that area!) for the excellent care and superior, personal service provided by Dr. Rips and his staff. Personally, I have a great experience at each visit. I highly recommend!

Very nice experience. After shopping for a dentist for years we have finally found a good one. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially with insurance verification. The hygienist actually spent 45 minutes cleaning my teeth instead of the 5 minutes other hygienists usually do. We will definently be back.

This is an addition to my first review which I just put the stars, now I want to tell everyone that Dr. Rips is THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER SEEN!!!! Everyone in the office knows me by name, cares about my dental health and about my life. I don't know why anyone would want to lie about their experience with Dr. Rips, but that has to be what Olga is doing, I don't think Dr. Rips has it in him to be rude and especially not racist, my husband, who's not a patient, is Latino and Dr. Rips makes a point to be extra friendly to him also, we see him at Hy-Vee & he treats us both like we're old friends & I just started being seen by him in October. Most recently I was having pain from cold & hot on a tooth, Dr. Rips did a root canal that day, yesterday, & this morning I'm eating cereal again, which I really enjoy, but haven't been able to due to the pain. I hope I'm able to have Dr. Rips be my dentist for life!!!
