Rude staff, empty buffet, nasty looking soup, dirty bathrooms. The list goes on and on. Expensive for store bought half way warmed up food and yes I said half way warmed up egg rolls were cold and I didn't get a single refill of water

Very unfriendly environment! Man at the counter was wearing a mask and ask me what I wanted. I could tell from his eyes that I was infringing on whatever it was he was doing at the time. Threw last item in the box, walked past me set the box down on the table behind me turning and walking away without saying anything. I had ordered online since Civic numbers are up in this area, but will be sure to never cross the threshold of their business anytime in the future. Place really needs to understand that we, as customer, are all they have.

The female waitress is always rude. Does not refill unless you ask and that is after you get her attention, if you can. Don't get 1 plate finished and she gives the check. The male is usually friendly and asks if everything is ok at least once. You've got to go right at lunch or dinner time or you will not get fresh food or if the dish is empty they will not fill it, or even add a little. When fresh the food is pretty good
