Went in and asked if there was a showroom, the guy seemed annoyed that i was in there. He asked me what I was looking for and I said "I dont know yet, but ill know it when I see it", He proceeded to tell me that they have no inventory and everything is on order- then goes into how he's never had anyone say they don't know what there looking. When I brought up i saw some boats on the website, he then shared about some boats that they did have....(even though they didnt have anything a minute earlier) at this point im thinking i dodged a bullet if the guy wasnt willing to be nice for one, two -show me anything or at the very least be willing to talk about boats at a boat store- imagine if i bought one. I know its been a sellers market but this service was bad, i dont normally write reviews but i felt I should voice this concern. Not sure if it was just the sales guy or owner or what but it was bad. Oh and to top it off, when i finally told him i didnt have to buy a boat from him and walked out, I got the final dig,,, a big "whatever" yelled at me as I walked out...classic

Tiki Marine in Centerville, Iowa is a wonderful place to have your boat serviced or to purchase a new or used boat. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Their service work is done promptly and correctly the first time. Above all their prices are very fair. That is why I travel over an hour and almost 60 miles one way to have my boat taken care of at Tiki Marine. I have always enjoyed good service from them every year. I have been one of their many satisfied customers since the late 1980s.

Very nice to work with, helped show us how to operate our first used boat,and has very reasonable prices on accessories for a small town dealer
