Integrity came and looked at my floors and gave me a reasonable quote for sanding and refinishing. I accepted their estimate and I met John, the owner, at the house the day the work was to begin. I showed him around, discussed the work to be done and asked if he needed anything else from me before I left to do some errands. He said no, and I told him someone from my family would be back in the afternoon to check but to call me if he had any questions. When I left two of his workers were unloading their equipment in the front yard.
When my wife checked at the house later she found the following note written on a torn piece of cardboard and pinned to the front door:
"I am sorry but I dont feel that I can make this floor look good enough for what you expect. You will need to find someone else to do the work."
"Integrity" never called my phone to let me know their decision. They wasted my time and delayed my remodeling work while I look for another refinisher. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend you consider using their services.
