Exceptional customer service. Friendly staff, every person greeted us. Brian is awesome! He helped us to find the perfect car! We have been in the market for a new car and they made the entire experience efficient, stress free, and very positive. When we get another vehicle, we'll definitely come back here. Found a 2011 Ford Ranger online that had just come in, wanted to trade up. Got a hold of Brian from the sales team and he had a remote trade in value for my current truck and motorcycle quick just based on some basic info and pictures. Made a deal a couple days later. I've bought all my vehicles from McGrath over the years and they've never been crude or forceful. This time around I even drove away with a full tank of gas - a very unexpected but appreciated gesture. Give it a couple years and I'll be back again for sure.
