Would definitely recommend these guys to do your home repairs!!!

I had set up an appointment but they did not come during the time I was told. It seemed like a miscommunication which happens, until they called and asked me to please sign a contract so they could send out the siding they took from my home (siding was on the ground) for matching purposes. There was never a discussion about taking property of mine before I even decided if I wanted to use their services. It also was very bold of them to ask me to sign a contract so they could begin before I even had a chance to see or review anything. This was very upsetting to hear and I was assured they would call me back later that day to discuss more (presumably they needed to talk to someone else first) and they never called back. I understand with the derecho things are busy but the whole interaction felt very unprofessional. I came to them because of the positive reviews but I simply cannot trust them after my interactions.

Our roof is an Affordable Pro Roofing and Construction roof and we dd not have any shingle damage from the derecho! Trees and siding but did not lose a single shingle! Had our siding repaired by Affordable Pro and it looks great!

Got strung along by this company for about 4 months, then they stopped communicating altogether. Typical of the local roofing companies and other trades in the area. Poor communication equals poor customer service.

We are so happy that we had Affordable Pro work on our roof. The work they did was excellent and their clean up was fantastic!
