Didn’t complete agreed upon work and never sent promised refund for work not completed. Did not show up when he said he was going to, eventually stopped returning calls. Deceitful contractor, quality of work is below average and has zero to little attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your needs.

We contracted RIC to expand our existing patio. Aadam came out and provided a quote and they began the work not long after. Aadam did most of the work himself aside from the actual pouring of concrete. That's where the problems started. They weren't able to put the shoot from the concrete truck over our 4 ft tall fence so they brought in a loader and tore up our yard but they promised they would fix it. They ended up not having enough concrete to finish the job so said they'd have to come back and finish. They did but the concrete ended up being a completely different color. We also have a long cut in the concrete where they had to stop and pour the new that is completely offset from the other lines. The other lines that were cut were also not cut straight. We also noticed sinking in several spots within a few days of the job being completed and now every piece that they poured has deep holes in it. They also left tons of pieces of concrete throughout our yard and never returned to repair our yard. We reached out to Aadam and owner, Jason Potts with our concerns on several occasions. The one reply we did get was basically blaming us and accused us of stepping on the concrete too soon, which did not happen. We had another company come out that are experts in concrete work. They provided an evaluation on the work and even reached out to Aadam and Jason on two occasions to try to assist us in rectifying the situation but never got a reply. We attempted to take them to small claims court but the two addresses they have listed are vacant or non-existent.

RIC was enlisted to do some home remodeling for us. We paid $18,236 up front for deposit in June. Work was to begin in September. 30 days prior to work starting our heating and air conditioning system went out. It’s geothermal and unbeknownst to us (new homeowner) it was going to be $15 - $22k to fix. I reached out to RIC to cancel our contract. Was told no problem $236 for restocking fees. 2 days later it was I can give you back $8k the rest within a month. A month goes by and now they say 60 days. No further responses from RIC and we are at the week they said we would have our remaining refund. No materials were purchased for our job since it included Quartz counter tops and RIC can’t provide an itemization of what our money was spent on! Long story short buyer beware our money is unaccounted for and no one will return calls or messages. Also looks to be some newly filed small claims and BBB cases from other patrons. Beware. UPDATE: Additional info - Last night Jason told us Top Shop had part of our money. I called the Top Shop and they educated me they do not hold anyone's money (which I already knew). Next he called my husband today and told him that his banker would issue a cashiers check. He gave us the bankers info. We called the banker and GUESS WHAT they don't have any business there at that bank so he cant issue a cashiers check.
