We were referred to Jon by a our new manager. We had a very unique situation, and were moving back into the area from the West Coast. We were also 1st time home buyers, and with being so far away we were unable to come back to see the house before we made an offer. Everyone always asks us how we were able to buy a house without actually getting to see it in person, and I always tell them that it's because we had a wonderful realtor and trusted him completely. He was great with communication, wonderful with organizing Zoom showings over our lunch (time difference), and provided amazing insight/knowledge about each house we toured! We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Jon during this process and are in love with our new home!

Amber Pitt was Awesome! Short notice and moving from out of state, she maximized my time and got me several showings on a minutes notice. I would recommend Amber and Coldwell for anyone needing real estate in the area.
