I'm updating my review for this company as of 4/9/24. They were super willing to take my money, but once they were paid they've ignored me.
While the work they do may be good, their office/followup is costing me thousands of dollars with my insurance company.
I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a statement of problems from their last visit so I can finish up my insurance claim and I've been ignored 3+ times now.
All I can say is don't rely on them if you are going to need anything for insurance purposes.

Holy moly the prices are out of the ball park.
$400+ to swap a simple flush valve. Please ask them what they will be charging before they do the work because if you wait until they are done you better have them Benjamin Franklins ready to spend. Could have just gotten a brand new toilet at that point.
Wayyyyyyy too over priced.

Very respectable knowledgeable explain to me the whole problem and what I need to do. Very efficient price was very reasonable also.
