Horrible customer service, very disrespectful, especially the owner, Ray, who is a convicted felon. He lets his crew of addicts using meth and heroine go clean places like Siebke Hoyt jewelers in Cedar Rapids, maybe they should check their inventory, from scrap gold to diamonds in back offices. These guys are ridiculous! Watch you meds and money letting these creeps into your homes!! Omg these people need Jesus! Wish I could give negative stars

Do not waste your time contacting these professionals. I scheduled a carpet cleaning more than a week in advance and was stood up. I called multiple times even from different numbers, spoke to one individual and he assured me he would call back. He eventually did, two hours after the scheduled appointment time informing me that they cannot make it out today due to truck issues. Now, this carpet clean was for a move out inspection and has now cost me a couple of hundred dollars to reschedule a walk through, paying rent for more days because the carpets arent done, an annoyed landlord and painters.

In keeping this as short and sweet as possible, I would not recommend Deep Clean Janitorial for the average home owner. For starters, they boast about some fancy machine that they have, but honestly I have no idea what it does. There is absolutely no spot treating of any kind so the few stains that I had still remain there. I did the animal treatment for an additional cost (due to my cat getting sick and having an accident in our all seasons room) and the man doing the job straight up told me that it probably wasn't going to work and he would likely need to come back. Um, no thanks. This steamy hot machine "thing" may have also ruined the carpet in my bedroom. It now has creased, crunchy areas that I am unable to vacuum or hand rake out AND in the same area, the floor now has a horrible creak. I can only assume its from the carpet getting too wet and somehow affecting the floors beneath it. Before hiring them I asked specifically about removing smoke smell from carpets (thank you previous home owner) and they told me they could take care of it. The next day, the carpet smelled like a wet dog and a smokey bar had a hay day in my home. It was AWFUL! Now that it's all dry and the temps are rising, the smell is becoming more and more prominent. Lastly, I was told that I could be invoiced since I don't write checks and I typically don't have $165 cash on me. That story changed and I was required to go get cash and meet this guy at the bank... The kicker is that I tipped this him and didn't even get a thank you. Super cool buddy!So now I'm calling one of the big names in town where I will pay a substantial amount more, but get the quality and service that I deserve. Be warmed about Deep Clean!
