If you care about the safety of your loved one, do not use Rescare Home Care services. I am an previous employee with them as of this morning. I was recently in a car accident and wrecked my car.. I called in the following day due to me not having the money to pull my car out of the ditch because Rescare didn't pay me on time. It's been four days and I'm still waiting. I called to let them know I would be calling in again for a second day due to the financial liabilty the had caused. I was then told by LORI APPLEBY that I need to have someone drive me to the residents house...NOW in orientation they stressed that YOU DO NOT DO THAT. NOBODY is to know where your residents live, for safety reasons. Now I told her I refused to do that due to what I was taught in orientation. She then terminated me over the phone for refusing to break the rules and put my people at risk. DONT.
