While no longer in business in Westdale Mall, this business has been an epic customer service fail. We had been given some gift certs and ordered a piece that to 6 MONTHS to get, as they kept on "forgetting" to order it, finish it, etc. A litany of excuses were always given. They didn't call us once to inform us. We had an amount left over, so ordered a bookcase. This project went the same way (missed commitments, no communication). I expressed my frustration to the woman owner in an emphatic but civil means, and she gave me the deer in headlights look, acted all offended, then threatened to press charges if I didn't leave. If, and that's a big IF, they reopen, be very careful and negotiate done dates with a penalty clause.
