Second Story Promotions is TOP NOTCH!!!! As an independent business owner, I have placed multiple orders utilizing several different logos on various products. Everything that I have received is great quality, is delivered on time, and I am proud to let the products represent my company with my Company Logo displayed. I just received a photo from a client showing me his use of my product with a THANK YOU attached! And I must give kudos to their Graphic Design Department. Lindsey is so supportive & creative, and she offered me a handful of helpful suggestions that made my promotional material WOW my clients! I will always return to Second Story Promotions for my promotional materials!

I would have given zero stars if I could have. I ordered 2 shirts from a "school" order and was transferred schools before I even got the shirts. I requested a refund and was denied as it's a "specialty" item and can't be resold. So now I am out my money and my shirts that I will never wear. Pretty sad on how it's handled. Will not use ever again.

The reviews absolutely speak the truth, their customer service is amazing!!! Not only are they prompt in responding to your promotional needs but they seriously go the extra mile! I spoke with Mike Drinkall about a lip balm that a previous office had purchased and asked on the office chance if he could tell me that the product I was requesting samples of was the same and in minutes he confirmed the product and was personally familiar with the account I was speaking of. My office will be life long customers with customer service like theirs!!!
They also gave me mock up of the label is less than a day.

Recently ordered Koozies as promotional items for my business. SSP is extremely professional, prompt, and efficient. I ordered through their website and their in-house Graphic Designers made sure my uploaded art was right for the product and ensured that it came out exactly how I wanted. Superb value-add experience for much lower price that I expected.
