Carl from Visions Phitography has a real talent for capturing his subject's character and charisma. When he took our family photo, I was impressed with his skill in getting ALL of us (2 adults, 2 young kids, and 3 dogs) to look at the camera at the same moment. He also is a kind human being who volunteers his time to photograph adoptable pets for area non-profits. The older I get, the more I look for the whole package - great photographer, great person. I know that he would resolve any service issue if he was made aware of the client's concern. He loves what he does for a living, and one look at his photo gallery will prove it.

We first met Carl through a fundraiser for Last Hope Animal Rescue when we had our dog's photo taken with Santa. Carl was so nice, our Husky loved him, and the pictures turned out great! We have since had a couple family shoots with Carl and we love his work and dedication. Would definitely recommend Visions Photography!

Carl does fantastic work. He's pictures are absolutely gorgeous and I and Cedar Rapids Animal Care & Control are so grateful for Carl volunteering his time and talents in coming to the shelter every week for the last two years to photograph the dogs. I have gotten feedback from a few people that told me the reason they came to the shelter to check on a certain dog was because of the beautiful picture Carl had taken of it. Awesome photographer. Very professional. Has an eye for the shot that evokes emotion. Not only is he a great people photographer but he can capture the soul of your pets in a single shot. This photographer also donates his skills to local rescues and shelters to help homeless animals find their furever homes. Highly recommend!
