        Without a doubt the worst batch of retail stores on planet. If your not financing a phone from them, or upgrading your plan they want NOTHING to do with you. They give you the run around and make you call in or go to corporate stores to get anything done. They refused to sell me a new iPhone 11 outright for full price. Stated I was required to finance it for 15 days, but a phone call to corporate US Cellular revealed that is THEIR rule not a US Cellular rule. Meaning I get to drive 20 minutes to corporate store to pay full price for a new phone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
