Gina did the worst haircut ever. She put a bob on top of a long haircut, and for some reason the ends are super tangly and it's very uneven. All I wanted was some layers cut in and nothing of the top and she did the opposite of what I said. Then she blow dried it flat so I couldn't see the line before I left until after I washed it. I told her I never style my hair with product or heat and she used the heat and brush to hide the fact that you can see the hair coming off the top of my head is one haircut and the hair growing out of the rest of my hair is a completely different cut. She cut so much off and I said don't take off any length and it's extremely short on top and wierd and tangles up at the ends where she cut now. It's going to take at least one year to grow this much back and it looks funny.

They can NOT do layers! I asked for long layers only, no length cut off, and not someone who cut layers from the crown of the head. Instead, she chopped 4 inches off the top of my head and no layers into the hair. It looks like a short cut on top of a long cut. Exactly what I said not to do. Stay away!
