TO KRIS GROTHER I HAVENT DONE WARRENTY WORK FOR OVER 5 YERS THATWASENT ME.TO ALV EREZ-CUBAS I HAVENT CHARGED 65 DOLLER TRIPP CHARG FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS AND I DONT CAREY A TOOL BAG. AND I DONT GOGGLE REPAIR TIPS EITHER. AND ABOUT GONLAGA THE COMPANEY WOULD NOT STOP CALLING ME TRYING TO GET METO DO WORK FOR THEM AND THEY WOULDENT TAKE TO FOR AN ANSER

Very rude people, from making the appt. to the rude and crabby man who pushed himself into my house and barely spoke two words to me. Unfortunately, this business seems to be the repair people one must use to have the service covered under warranty. Might just pay the costs next time!
