Picked up a Solitude this summer, and I am very pleased with my experience at Good Life RV. I worked with Jodie for over a year in trying to find the right RV for me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and prompt to return emails.
The product arrived when they said it would, and I received a thorough PDI walk-through with Jr., also very knowledgeable. This is my first RV, and on pick up day, I left feeling confident in my understanding of all the systems.
I'm very happy with the Grand Design product, but with a house on wheels, there will be some warranty work. I just had some minor discrepancies, but they got it in and out of the shop when they said they would. The service department kept me informed on its status, and the gentleman making the repairs even called to make sure he had the exact information on what needed to be addressed.
I highly recommend Good Life RV, Jodie, and the Solitude product. I'm a happy camper!
