We live on the river and needed to replace our old railroad tie retaining wall, I contacted 7 concrete companies and only 2 returned my call, I received bids from those 2 companies and the prices were very high and the wait time was months. (This was a very large job). My neighbor gave me Brian's name and number, I called him and he came the same day, his price was far less than the other 2 bids and he said "I can start tomorrow" We now have a beautiful retaining wall that will probably be here for the next 50+ years. I will have him do my driveway next year. Norm Marcov Service: Retaining walls

American Dream Service did a 32' long by 24' wide stamp concrete decorative patio for us. We used random stone stamps with a charcoal border & walnut release. Looks fantastic!! Although it took a little while for them to get here, we were informed they were backed up, once here work was performed in a professional manner. On time everyday and quality workmanship! I would definitely recommend American Dream Services!!!!

Very, VERY poor workmanship. The owner, Bryan, suggested doing a border around our stamped patio and he assured us that it would look fantastic and this wasn't his first time doing a stamped patio, he knew what he was doing. The inside edges of the border are not straight, they are jagged, he said that the border would be 16" all the way around, they are not. The border varies from 16" down to 6". There are perfect BOOT prints left in the main pad from someone stepping on it after the stamp was laid down. We were told that it would take 1 week to complete from start to finish, it ended up being just shy of 1 month. Granted there was a few days of rain after the forms were put in but not enough to warrant the amount of time he took. He only cares about getting his money, not making sure that the end result is satisfactory and the customers are happy. We 100% do not recommend American Dream Services. Service: Concrete work

I would highly reccomend Bryan Deaver and his team at American Dream Services. I have worked with him on several of my real estate projects and have been very pleased with his quality, communication, and service. Extremely hard working, friendly and they take great attention to detail. Not much more you could ask for in my opinion!

I understand that contractors are busy this year and short staffed. However, this does not give them the right to completely disregard customer service. It does not give them the right to back out of a commitment or to not show up. It does not give them the right to not call back or not answer. Customer service is severely lacking in this industry and this contractor is no different. The first part of the experience was normal. Bryan came out for an inspection in March and gave a bid a week or two after. We then agreed that he could start the work in May. This is when it started to go severely down hill. I attempted several times to get in contact with Brian to get a work date scheduled since May was approaching. I would not get any return calls or responses to my texts. Finally, he answered the phone and scheduled the work to start 5/7. I called Bryan on 5/5 to ask some questions and he wanted to come out to inspect again which was fine. He and a few guys came out and started to complain about the difficulty of the job which was never brought to my attention until then. Even worse, Bryan completely forgot that he had scheduled the work on 5/7 and he wouldn't be able to start that day. This was upsetting because I had scheduled my AC unit to be disconnected so that it could be reset on the new patio. I said ok, fine, I'll reschedule the AC unit disconnection for another time. Bryan said that he will check his schedule again and call back that day. He texted me the next day and said that he could start on Monday. I sent a response asking if it was Monday May 10th or the 17th and he confirmed the 10th. I said great, I'll schedule the AC unit to be disconnected that day. Of course, Monday the 10th came around and no call or no show. I waited until the afternoon and texted him asking if he was coming that day. Evidently, he thought it was Monday the 17th even though he texted me confirming the 10th. Now I have a disconnected AC unit and no repair date in sight. A couple days later he called and said that he could still start sometime the week of the 10th but I reminded him that the utility lines needed to be located. He forgot about that and did get that scheduled. The lines were located on Thursday May 13th and the weather was great for the next couple days. He still did not call or show up to work the week of the 10th. I called him and said that I wasn't happy with how things were going and he promised to get the work done this week but it was raining so I expected a delay on it. Instead of trying to turn things around, I get a text today saying that I should probably go with another contractor. After months of waiting and dealing with excuses, I have a disconnected AC unit and no patio. Of course I get crickets when I asked if he would take care of the AC unit expense since he's the reason it's disconnected. As far as my overall experience with service, it doesn't get any worse than this. Instead of backing out at the last minute leaving people hanging, try turning things around and making it right.
