We are going to wear this 1 star review as a badge of honor. We originally agreed to sell you the home at 417 40th St, Moline for $80,999 in 2010. Even though your original agreement had expired almost 8 years ago, and even though the value of your home had increased to $158,900 (according to Trulia), we still honored the original price when you wanted to pay us off. You made a $78,000 profit off of us. In addition, we refunded you back your down payment, monthly credits and water deposit of $16,385 at the payoff. We trusted you to pay your final water bill of $460.41 - which you refused to do. So, after many letters requesting that you pay it, we took you to court and won. You still refused to pay it, so we garnished your paycheck. Then you called our office pretending to be the employer and questioning the garnishment. The "lady at the front desk" recognized your voice and refused to play your game. You call that rude - I think she deserves a bonus for having to deal with such a dishonest person as yourself.
