Needed someone out to clear our main line as it was backing up into our cellar and a clean line sent Steven out that night a couple hours after we called! Steven answered all our questions and gave us a lot of helpful information that we needed. He even stayed until 9:30 PM trying to help us!!! He is one of the best plumbers I’ve used. Definitely using a clean line from now on.

The Sunday before Christmas our main sewer line clogged up around 3pm. I called them up due to the reviews they had on Google. Steven was out about 30-45 minutes later and had the problem fixed in an hour. In addition, the charge for the service was very reasonable for it being a weekend. Great service.

Fantastic, prompt service! Day after Christmas and I had raw sewage in my basement. I called Beeline who said it would be at least the next day before they could come. Sorry, not sorry! Disentary wasn’t in my plan for vacation. Called A Clean Line and they were able to be there in just a couple hours, even arrived a hour early! Shaun was awesome! Cleaned my drain in no time. Cost me half what I paid Beeline last time! Courteous, polite and showed concern for my home not wanting to track in mud. Next day it backed up again and they did not hesitate to send out a technician named Steven who was just as amazing as Shaun. Brought a different machine with a bigger blade and cleaned all my lines all the way to the street! That was a nasty rootball! Looked like a wig LOL!! I would highly recommend these wonderful gentleman if you are in need! I guarantee if I ever need sewer cleaning again I will definitely be calling them!!

I will forever be grateful for Steven and A Clean Line today. After paying another company 2 days ago and them not completing the job, telling me they were coming back out then blocking me. I had to contact another company to rescue me on a holiday weekend. A Clean Line was the first company to return my call of the 5 I called. Steven showed up within 20 minutes and was very friendly, listened to my issue. Fixed it , cleaned up after himself (and the other company). He ran the water for 20-30 min and the water was flowing fine. After he left I started doing dishes and the water started draining slow. I called him, he turned around and came right back and fixed it, took apart the stack, totally cleaned it out, explained what was happening. I felt horrible for having to keep him away from is family on a holiday weekend but he had no problem. He wanted to make it was right. And this is why I will definitely use this company again if I need too!!! Thank you again for standing by your word and your work. Most businesses don’t do that these days!
