Spee Dee Delivery

Absolutely worst experience and customer service. I paid on 2/19 and was told that the part would be picked up next day. But on Thursday, 2/22 when I called around 2 PM the part I have still not been picked up. I spoke to an older lady who said she would send a driver out same day, so hopefully get it to me before the weekend. Upon calling at 2 PM on Friday, 2/23. I was advised that the part was still not picked up. At this point, I was understandably upset because on 2/19 I actually had the day off work and could drive to pick up the part but didn't because I was told it would be next day pick up. The part finally arrived at 8 AM on Monday, February 26. However it was DESTROYED. Scrapes all throughout the bumper damages, and a torn front cover. I had the supplier send me photos of the part prior to paying for shipping, and these damages were not on the part. Horrible experience

I love using spee dee delivery! They are so fast and Ive shipped a ton of things with them with nothing ever getting damaged!! Great job and keep up the great service!

I was told that a mattress was delivered Friday after Thanksgiving nothing was dropped at my door the office was open and nothing was delivered several people have had bad luck with this company I do not like liars you lied to me nothing was deliveredyou must have thieves that work for you I am not happy I work hard for what I have

I live in an apartment complex and I get a food delivery service through speedee. They wont leave my package and here unless im here to sign it each week, which I cant be around all day to do. Ive signed the delivery release form to have them just leave it and they still wont, just give me another delivery release form to sign. Im super busy and this is how I get my groceries. If they cant leave them on my day they are supposed to be delivered they will spoil. I called and there was no solution they could offer me. Its a big waste of money for me to pay for groceries that they simply wont deliver ever thought if signed off on it. Im giving them three stars because I believe his name was Herb, dropped off my groceries in his personal vehicle after I called and expressed my frustration. He did this at 6:30 at night for me. Very generous and I left my tip money upstairs for him, but hopefully hell get some recognition for going beyond and doing me a kindness. I really just want my groceries delivered when theyre supposed to be though please
