I was recently referred to Dr Schaeffer from my usual dentist for my first root canal. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand, but the entire staff is very patient and kind! Jay welcomes you as he processes paperwork and answers questions. Assistant Alex is ready to answer questions or to research until she can! Dr Schaeffer is extremely calming, knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. She helps you think through any decisions that need to be made. I was even snuggled into a big fluffy blanket to warm me up and comfort me through my anxiety. Alex even rubbed my arm while I received the numbing shots which was much appreciated! The care I received was above and beyond what you find these days! It was not something I wanted to do - and hope I dont need to in the future - but if I (or anyone I know) needs a root canal, I will most certainly recommend this office! Thank you for your excellent care and treatment!

Couldnt ask for a friendlier staff. Dr. Schaffer and her team were all so great. I was nervous as can be for a root canal and they made me feel so at ease as soon as I was in the chair. I would highly recommend the clinic!

All of the staff I interacted with were friendly & kind, and explained everything to me thoroughly. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing Endodontic care

Very very very pleasant experience. I was incredibly nervous, but Dr. Schaeffer and her assistant (I believe her name is Kerry, Im so sorry that I cant remember) did a great job. They were both extremely patient and kind, and they made sure I understood everything they were doing.
My appointment lasted about an hour to an hour 15 from the time I walked in the door and back out to my car. The worst part was actually just getting started, but once they did get started, it was a seamless process. I didnt feel a thing and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
If youre like me and terrified of dental work, please come here for a root canal. I promise it is not nearly as bad as everyone might make you think. I will happily come here in the future if I need additional work done.
