What a joke, first, they lost my shirts then after 3 weeks they find them .I get them back with no starch I wanted heavy starch and the collars are all wrinkled. I'm just glad to get my shirts back. never again

They lost a shirt of mine and were very difficult to work with for a refund. I was dumb enough to go back and my dry-cleaned jacket came back dirtier than when I dropped it off! Terrible!

I dropped off two items- a cotton/poly cardigan and a cotton tshirt. Both have stains I wasnt able to remove and was assured wouldnt be a problem. After picking them up and upon looking at them more closely at home THE STAINS ARE WORSE! Adding insult to injury the items reek of scented detergent. I attempted to wash them to remove the scent hoping to salvage them as at-home-only tops. They have been through two cycles and are on their third. The entire load reeks of the same detergent. I will break out in hives if I attempt to wear any of the items as is. What kind of dry cleaner uses scented detergent????? I have never used a dry cleaner before so I didnt know what to expect but this fiasco definitely wasnt on the list.
