Sam was awesome to work with and provided our large family with the perfect vehicle at a very reasonable price. Check in and vehicle return couldnt have been easier. We will definitely use Budget in Ankeny again.

Horrible customer service by Sumeet. He is not only a bad representative but also a horrible person to talk to. Extremely passive aggressive in his tone and not honest with the description of the car. The car was suppose to have a full tank (see attached photo for fuel level) and a infant car seat when I booked. Didnt get both

We had rented a mini van for our long weekend in Omaha. When it came time to get the van, they didn't have any. Sam upgraded us to a new Suburban for the same price as the van. This made out trip a lot more comfortable. Thank You.
