        Great location and customer service! We showed up early for our rental and Ron did not rush but made certain that we had the correct truck and furniture pads. He was also available via phone for a quick question while we on the road. Corporate Budget also helpful in resolving an issue after drop off in Maine.

        Ron was amazing. After encountering transmission problems on 2 of our trucks (due to the fact that the pick-up locations in LA & Vegas failed to do the appropriate inspections), Ron listened to what we'd experienced and patiently went to bat for us when Budget came back with impossible charges upon drop-off. This man went above and beyond - even missing his friend's birthday party to stay after closing time to intervene on our behalf. In short, Ron was a GODSEND and a credit to the company under which he operates this owner-operated franchise.
