        Picked out a ring, went through customizations with employee. They called and told me the price was actually over $300 more than I was originally quoted. Would have chose something different but already paid for it (or so we thought). They called and told me it was ready, went to pick it up today, and it was still the stock size and hadn't been sized to what I ordered. Told me I'll need to come back next week to pick it up now. A lot of hassle and miscommunication, therefore I would not recommend.

        We took a necklace in that needed the chain repaired. The staff were very friendly and immediately began the repair. Within just a few minutes the repair has been done and we were in our way! Amazing experience, friendly and FAST service. This is why I will only shop for jewelry from Riddes!
