(P.S the system isn't allowing me to reply directly so I am just writing a comment to reply to Michael Ramberg) I am sorry you feel so badly to write a review like this. I will not get into everything that is true and what is not true or very exaggerated, but I will say this: We worked hard for you for many years as you said. You trusted us to clean when you were not home. We did not make the beds then and were never asked to do them. We also do not do windows unless specifically asked, as it requires special equipment to do them well. As you know, we stopped working for you the first time after your divorce and sale of your house. You had no complaints during the first 5+ years. We gave you a very good price all of those years, and we allowed you to not pay us right after we were done, as our other clients do. We went out of our way to accommodate you. Before you put your next home (Norwalk) on the market, we did the deep clean as you requested. When we were done, you texted twice, about a week after - Sept. 6 and September 9 (I still have the texts): Looks great! Finally made it over here. The only issues I see is that room with the snake needs done. Fireplace glass is dirty and the kitchen floor has a few missed spots that were missed. You had asked me once to play with a real snake that you kept in a cage inside your office and I told you I did not like snakes and I would clean the room only if you moved the cage out of the room when I clean. That is why that room did not get cleaned then. The fireplace glass might have not been done well enough. The spots on the floor were from when you repainted and we could not safely get them up with the chemicals we use. A week to the day we deep cleaned you texted me, I love how you did the vacuum lines. Couldnt replicate that in the snake room now that the snake is gone. Then 40 days later, when your house did not sell, you implied our cleaning was terrible and said your realtor paid someone else to clean it. I am sure our cleaning job was not the reason your house did not sell. On October 17th you texted me and asked if we could stop by and clean windows and a floor. We were not in a position to do that. Despite what you implied in the review, we have several regular clients and others we work for just once, and we cannot drop things and come do a small job for you or anyone else on short notice. Rachel and I wish you good luck with your new home and life and job. Were sorry you felt the need to post the kind of review you did because you were upset I did not like the snake and we would not do extra cleaning on short notice. Maybe you can find someone who you like who will do what you want perfectly for the price you paid. - Eddy

This couple did an AMAZING job cleaning our home. Windows, wood blinds, floors, walls, baseboards, cabinets (and ABOVE cabinets)... they even went behind the stove and refrigerator (and shared before & after pics with me). They spent several hours ensuring our satisfaction. Before they left, they asked me to walk through to be 100% sure I was satisfied. Excellent service!

Rachel and Eddy are wonderful at cleaning our house. They come every two weeks and make everything sparkle. They are consistent, kind, honest, and easy to communicate with. They have made my life so much better with their help. They have competitive pricing and I got more than I was expecting from their service.

I've used Eddy for 7+ years as a weekly clean customer but never again. Built a solid relationship with Eddy and his wife. Over the last year or 2, they have gone down hill. My biggest complaint is getting a phone call or text at 8pm asking if they can clean and being very inconsistent on the day and time they come each week. The quality and passion is no longer there as well. For example, they rarely would clean the sink in my laundry or the area where my cat eats his food. They don't make beds, or spend enough time to mop floors fully. Their window cleaning ability and deep cleaning ability is mediocre at best. Paid them to clean a house to put it on the market and they hit me with a bill for over $400 yet my realtor had to hire her cleaning up to fix his work. It's too bad because when Eddy first started and had just 2 clients including me,, he cared about his reputation, went above and beyond often but now he wakes up in the afternoon and almost feel lucky if they can clean your house. It's too bad because they had this business figured out and ran it well but they really don't care if you are happy anymore.
