Went above and beyond to help me out. My insurance was supposed to jump from 700 every six months to 1300 because of one speeding ticket. Christine at crawford insurance got me a much better quote and i ended up walking away paying cheaper than i was. And i got to stay with progressive. 5 stars will buy more in years to come.

Looked at switching to nationwide got quotes was going to make the switch went to sign paperwork all 3 policies were much higher then quotes I had gotten the day before. so I didn't go with nationwide. could not ever get a straight answer what was going on and kept getting ignored. Then I start getting bills and had to get agent to cancel policy that she started. Finally after the run around she cancelled them then I find out she and nationwide pulled $2300 dollars out of my escrow accounts. what a joke should be illegal for them to pull money out of my escrow accounts without my knowledge and say so.
Never do business with Crawford Insurance in Albia Iowa or Nationwide.
