My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Scott Lindsay as our realtor. We were first-time homebuyers and a bit intimidated by the process, but learned so much from Scott as he guided us through each step.
Scott cares for his clients and made us feel that our needs were important, and gave us his undivided attention. He was quick to set up showings and communicate. He is a great listener and friendly to the point where we really looked forward to every showing.
At the showings, Scott's strengths include knowledge of the Indy market, home inspection advice, and learning about his clients' individual needs. When it came to putting in the offer, Scott is strong in negotiation tactics in addition to price. We made an offer on a competitive home, and wouldn't have been accepted if it wasn't for Scott.
We will always be grateful for Scott's help and he has helped establish our family for many years to come. I would recommend him to anyone and am confident he is the best realtor around Indy

Im extremely unhappy with my experience. I had an offer come in on my home and my realtor reached out to me so we could counter on price.. never did she think to discuss the purchase agreement with me. Come to closing, (which she couldn't attend to personal reasons, which was fine), I find out multiple items I intended on keeping was included in the sale. I had to leave my washer & dryer, and my garage fridge, almost my curtains, and my tv mount??? She found a free set washer and dryer for me, which was a complete downgrade and the washer doesnt work. I had to throw away a bunch of food due to having to leave my garage fridge. We talked about the situation and she said its my fault for not reading the contract before signing.. but isnt that why you get a realtor? If I knew what to do, I wouldve sold by owner. Looking back, I feel that she did whatever she could just to close the deal. It wasnt all bad, she did get us a home warranty and used some of her commission for credits for the buyer, but I wish I went a different route. Ultimately, I would next time choose a more thorough realtor.

I am highly dissappointed with How Gary Angstadt conducted himself. Two day ago he agreed to meet me for a rental viewing on 5/28/22. At no point during our discussion did he ever imply that there was pending applications. On 5/28/22 I drove up to see the property at the scheduled time only to be told he just leased it 1 hour prior. He could have called me promptly and saved me the trip especially during a time where gas is at an all time high. I find this sort of conduct to be absolutely unprofessional and will never conduct bussiness with him again nor will I ever recommend him to others because of this experience. Little did he know I'm in the market for a house to buy as well.
