        Poor customer service. My daughter has what appears to be a little leaf in her hair. I contacted them to ask if they could remove it as I paid for the premier touch ups. They stated their "management" said there was a gap in between her hair and the background and it was not covered in the touch up. They offered to do it for $10 after I already paid for touch ups. Very poorly handled. UPDATE: After I posted this review, I was contacted and they did make the image right - which I appreciate. Besides this experience, everything else was good. Thank you.
