Ive read the reviews of some that have not been happy with their fans. I have 4 and plan on 2 more in my house and 3 in my moms apt attached to our home and 5 outside. With Arkansas heat I may have to switch from the blitz models. I was missing a globe. I called and in less than 3 days it was at my door. Customer service is rare these days. Thanks Fanimation

Wow, blown away by customer service. LED light kit on my Fan (purchased in 2019) went out and they send me a replacement kit, received it within a couple of days. Extremely happy. Great customer service. Thank you.

Great customer service and worderful backstory on the history of fans. They are building a very interesting onsite fan museum.
