Have been a patient here for over 15 years recently my normal OB retired this year since then this office continues to get worse. Over 25 min wait to get a scheduler on the phone and when you do they are rude.

First i will say, no one enjoys going to the OBGYN. I know I dont.
I was a new patient today, I saw Dr Medina who is new to the IU practice. Shes younger and really built that rapport with me (Im in my thirties Im guessing she is too). I had gone in to discuss a medical issue Ive dealing with for 6 months due to my prior OBGYN. Once I gave Dr Medina and her nurse Tracy the run down, they were on it with wanting to listen, help, actively ask open ended questions, it was a sigh of relief.
I was shocked that Dr Medina was able to get a insurance approval so quickly, for my new BC and she was able to give it to me today in the office! I was shocked and actually had no words
(My prior ob at another facility & hospital, lost my test results & never ordered my bc)
Having Dr Medina listen and ask questions and her staff do the same, it was nice. I felt validated!!!
I highly HIGHLY recommend Dr Medina! I know that Dr Ball is fantastic as well, so I recommend anyone here!

By word of mouth I heard about Dr.Pease she was my gynecologist during 2nd pregnancy I see her & other doctors @ Zionsville & as said by Dr P any of 4 Dr would deliver my baby but was surprised when I went to L&D triage on July 3rd to see a whole new doctor in OT Dr Lauren R Aberbuch dont like her at all she was in rush to get things done & celebrate 4th of July!!! not at all a good experience to remember & refer her in future.
