We used Markham for our pre drywall and our pre final walk through. This team is nothing short of amazing! By the time it was pre walk through it felt like old friends coming help out. We are so happy with the services provided as well as the detailed reports that were clear and concise. If you are looking for quality and perfection this is the team to go with. I reached out to Markham Inspection Services for an inspection that needed to be done rather quickly. I heard back asap the next morning (I reached out the night before), and we scheduled our inspection for the next day. I worked with Scott and Kevin, and had a wonderful experience! It was just me for the inspection and they explained everything in a way that I could understand, they were pleasant to work with, weren't dire about any issues, but were also clear about what we should be aware of. I didn't feel pressured to get any tests that I didn't need. An inspection can be a scary thing especially on a house that you are so excited about, and they made it a quick, easy, and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!

Scott and team helped me understand all the issues with my new condo. Top to bottom thoroughness and were super helpful for a single, middle-aged woman making her first purchase. Easy scheduling and great team, it was well worth the cost (which was comparable to other quotes).
