        Redpoint is a good apartment complex with a reasonable rate, good appliances, and spacious rooms. Overall, I have really enjoyed living here. I took off one star because our apartment has notorious silver fish and centipedes in our rooms. If you have a hard time dealing with bugs, you may want to request bedrooms on the third floor or reconsider living here.

        This is my first year living at this property. I have lived at other properties under the same ownership and company. My apartment has had consistent pest problems that the maintenance team and front office have known about for months and they allowed us to live in horrible conditions waiting for them to do something. Move in process was horrible and I had to DEEP clean my room before I felt comfortable moving in.
